I come from a development and testing background. I was part of the Technology management team and led the community of Exploratory Testers across the UK and Poland offices at a cloud based SaaS company named one of the UK’s start-ups to watch in 2017, through to its acquisition.
Using a pragmatic, agile and lean inspired approach, I focus on improving development and release processes, building creative self-improving teams, and unblocking work flows.
I am an occasional conference speaker and article writer where I share my experience of helping people work together more effectively enabling them to release higher quality software sooner.
